About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of our Product team and help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention at WOO X. You’ll be instrumental in shaping growth strategies, implementing data-driven initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to scale our platform. This role focuses on developing features and strategies that fuel user growth, improve retention, and optimize the user experience. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

  • Conducting in-depth market research to identify user needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive user growth strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Designing and prioritising A/B tests, growth experiments, and user onboarding experiences.
  • Analysing user data and key metrics (DAUs, MAUs, conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Growth Ops and Design teams to create targeted user acquisition campaigns.
  • Advocating for the user's voice, ensuring the platform remains user-friendly and caters to a diverse audience.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in crypto, blockchain technology, and user acquisition best practices.

About you:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the crypto space.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving user growth for consumer tech products.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition channels and growth hacking techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of crypto and blockchain technology is a must.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Out-of-the-box and startup mindset.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English (C1+).
