As Growth Product Manager, you will:

Own your product's growth like a CEO, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers and growth strategists to accelerate user acquisition, activation, revenue, referral, retention, and resurrection metrics.

Lead product discovery with focus on identifying growth opportunities, creating compelling product vision, and driving the roadmap in support of company-wide growth objectives

Design simple, intuitive user experiences through high-quality wireframes and mockups optimized for conversion, user activation, and retention across the entire user lifecycle

Build and scale growth engines through rigorous experimentation, designing and analyzing A/B tests and other methodologies to drive iterative improvements that deliver measurable impact

Execute across the full growth stack from user research and UX/UI design to engineering features, quality assurance, and collaborating on acquisition strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, and viral loops

Conduct customer interviews that drive insights, translating qualitative and quantitative signals into growth hypotheses that move the needle on business metrics

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and influencing high-performing teams in software product environments (preferably web-based) to achieve measurable growth outcomes with clear portfolio evidence of successful growth initiatives

Product leadership excellence with a track record of driving product discovery, vision and strategy, resulting in roadmaps that delivered significant user and revenue growth

Demonstrable ability to apply critical thinking, design thinking and systems thinking skills to identify top growth opportunities that have the highest potential (and filter out those that don’t)

Data excellence using SQL (and Python) to process complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate growth

Technical depth with hands-on experience in software/web development, understanding how the modern web works, architecting data structures, and collaborating effectively with engineers

Growth channel fluency with strong understanding of acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, viral loops, referrals), user segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies

Experimentation expertise designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other methodologies, with a good grasp of fundamental statistical concepts

Technical or analytical degree (computer science, engineering, math, science, statistics, economics) or equivalent experience with demonstrable results

Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, articulate complex ideas clearly, respond thoughtfully to constructive feedback, and rally teams around ambitious growth objectives

Experience gathering requirements and building products in collaboration with large enterprise customers to drive adoption and expansion at scale

Track record working with logistics or operations teams to identify and implement growth efficiencies that compound over time

Proven success implementing and scaling content marketing strategies, SEO improvements, and paid search campaigns that demonstrably grew user bases

Deep expertise with product-led growth (PLG) strategies and tactics, including self-serve onboarding, activation loops, and expansion mechanics

International growth and localisation experience scaling products across diverse markets and cultural contexts

Familiarity with marketplace dynamics, network effects, and two-sided marketplace growth strategies
