The GTM Enablement Manager is responsible for executing and localising LogicMonitor’s global enablement strategy across Sales, SE, BDR, CSM, and Channel teams in APJ. The role focuses on onboarding, coaching, field readiness, and performance support to ensure regional teams are equipped to meet productivity and revenue goals. This position serves as the primary enablement partner to APJ Sales Leadership and acts as the regional owner of Skillibrium and other GTM enablement platforms.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Regional Enablement Leadership
  • Serve as the primary enablement liaison to APJ Sales Leadership to align enablement efforts with territory goals and field needs.
  • Localise global enablement programs for APJ markets while ensuring consistency with corporate strategy.
  • Own field readiness, onboarding, and ongoing development programs across all GTM roles.
Onboarding and Ramp Acceleration
  • Manage the onboarding experience for new GTM hires in APJ.
  • Customise onboarding timelines, content, and certification requirements to reflect regional dynamics.
  • Partner with Sales, HR, and L&D to ensure timely readiness milestones and ramp metrics.
Sales Coaching and Skillibrium Management
  • Drive Skillibrium adoption and serve as the regional administrator.
  • Facilitate coaching cadences, performance reviews, and development planning with frontline Sales Managers.
  • Track team-level coaching activity and use data to support performance improvement initiatives.
Program Execution and Methodology Deployment
  • Coordinate enablement execution for product launches, sales campaigns, and methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
  • Ensure regional participation in quarterly readiness events and SKO.
  • Deliver role-specific training aligned to sales process stages and regional go-to-market strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track onboarding KPIs, coaching engagement, pipeline progression, forecast accuracy, and win/loss trends.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leaders to provide actionable performance insights and drive targeted enablement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a regional liaison between Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and L&D to align programs and tool usage.
  • Maintain and localise content across Skillibrium, LMS, and enablement platforms to support just-in-time learning.
What You'll Need:
  • 6 or more years in sales enablement, GTM program management, or coaching, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications in enablement, coaching, or instructional design are a plus.
  • Experience supporting ANZ-based sales teams and adapting programs to local market dynamics.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and enablement tools (e.g., Skillibrium, Highspot, Mindtickle).
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and performance analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence sales leadership and drive adoption of coaching and readiness programs.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
