The Role:
We're looking for a curious, hands-on individual to join our go-to-market team as a GTM Engineer Intern. GTM engineering sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology: you'll build the automation, AI workflows, and experiments that help our commercial teams reach the right employers faster. This is a paid, part-time role based in our North Sydney office, designed to fit around your studies. Technical experience is nice to have but not required; we'll teach you the tools.
What You'll Do:
- Build and run outbound automation: prospect enrichment, sequencing, and the tooling that keeps our outreach personal at scale
- Design AI agents and workflows using tools like Claude to automate research, drafting, and internal processes for the commercial team
- Run growth experiments end to end: landing pages, A/B tests, and the analytics to know what worked
- Keep our GTM data clean and useful, and report on what the numbers say
- Work directly with senior commercial and technology leaders to take ideas from design to shipped
What We're Looking For:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A builder's mindset: comfortable picking up new tools quickly and figuring things out
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions
- Excellent written communication; much of this role is writing things humans and AI will read
- Technical experience (scripting, APIs, automation platforms) is a plus, not a requirement
