The Head of Capital Transactions and Origination is responsible for the structuring and execution of all real estate transactions in Australia for the Investment Management business. This role is critical in assisting to deliver the Investment Management strategy, with a focus on sourcing real estate in Australia for the establishment of new products across the platform, working closely with the Investment Management team globally, the Group CIO and Development teams.

As an executive leadership role and member of the Lendlease Investment Management, Australia Senior Leadership Team, this role will see you influence business decisions using your in-depth understanding of business operations, capital, and real estate markets.

Understanding of capital markets is an imperative, as this role works closely with all Fund Managers to drive active portfolio management and deliver real estate investment strategies across our operating Funds and Mandate platform. Working with the Group CIO team to develop and deliver capital led origination strategies, you will have a proven track record of creating investment products in the real estate sector with an ability to assess and research market opportunities for investment product gaps and positioning of new products.
