THE OPPORTUNITY
Customer effectiveness and analytics is a critical enabler to drive competitiveness and improve patient outcomes. As the Head of Customer Effectiveness and Analytics ANZ you are part of the Commercial Excellence organisation (CE) and will be responsible for building best in class advanced analytics and integrated insights across ANZ.
Partnering with the various Commercial Teams (Sales & Marketing) and the wider Commercial Excellence Team (Business Insights & Analytics, Customer Experience & Capability Development), at a local & regional level, you will co-create new integrated approaches to improve our analytical platforms and reporting. By translating complex and diverse insights, you will identify business issues and opportunities, enabling the business to drive performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The top responsibilities of the role, focusing on elements unique to the role, potential challenging aspects, key stakeholders, critical projects and/or activities that will be a priority.
- Commercial Excellence Strategy – key member of the ANZ CE leadership team, contributor to creating ANZ CE strategy and translating to build industry leading analytics and insights to drive competitiveness .
- Leadership – lead a team and leverage their deep expertise in key focus areas in partnership with ANZ commercial leaders to unlock opportunities and identify business issues. Drive collaboration with the team, across business units and functions and across regional commercial excellence to deliver on strategies. Empower team members to execute and champion their careers and development.
- Change leadership – lead the ANZ organisation through change when introducing new technologies and enhancements. Inspire people to buy into change and provide clear vision and direction for the future.
- Sales force effectiveness – strategically enhance analytics functionality to provide insights to commercial teams and senor leadership to inform business decision making.
- Advanced analytics and insight generation – work collaboratively with local CE, commercial teams, BI&A and Data Science CoE to deliver integrated analytics across commercial performance metrics, marketing analytics and sales force effectiveness measures.
- Sales targeting and segmentation – lead and shape customer targeting and segmentation approach to enable operational excellence that aligns with business strategy and leverages new data sources and advanced analytics.
- Incentive planning - oversee incentive design including overarching program and target setting that aligns to business goals and objectives.
- Business insights technologies – in collaboration with the AP BI&A CoE shape the way we think about technology and the way we use in our marketing and sales operations across ANZ, working closely with IT to ensure we have the right technology enablers to build a highly effective data driven culture.
- Data systems and architecture - design the architecture of integration between CRM and other relevant technology platforms that span customer facing and digital customer engagement channels. Ensure appropriate data governance processes to ensure data integrity, quality, security and usability for data users
