Due to an internal move, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Customer Execution to lead the Field Sales and Customer Supply Chain teams, whilst reporting into the Sales Director.
In this role, you will be responsible with leading and developing our National Field operations and our Customer Supply Chain strategy, with the aim to deliver best in class execution across a multitude of channels and customers in the market.
This position will be either based at our North Sydney or Melbourne offices.
You will oversee Category, brand and customer initiatives at field level; with full oversight of the direction, measurement, budgetary control and performance of all Field sales teams (Direct employees & 3rd Party. You will also lead and develop our Customer facing supply team with our Vendor Replenishment Planners. You will have joint responsibility to work closely with and collaborate across our Sales and Supply Chain teams with our customers to support our business growth together.
You will operate in a constantly changing environment, be skilled at dealing with ambiguity and respond quickly in unique circumstances to drive strong business outcomes. Additionally, you will be known for a strong customer orientation with commensurate leadership, coaching and communication skills.
This is a key sales leadership position, where you will be required to partner with National Account/Category and Marketing teams to ensure achievement of sales, share and distribution objectives. At the same time having scope to direct and control activities of the sales teams within approved guidelines.

About You:

You are an experienced Sales professional, hold Sales / Marketing qualifications at the higher leve and bring forward demonstrated experience working across a similar role within FMCG industry

You will have Product, Category, and ideally Customer Supply Chain knowledge with demonstrated knowledge and experience across the essentials of selling and influencing, negotiations, customer expectations and customer management

You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we, you will need to have strong customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills

You are a people leader; you bring froward your great communication, leadership as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and analytical acumen towards achieving the results
