About the Role:
Are you ready to drive creative disruption and elevate customer engagement through digital technologies and data analytics?
This dynamic role will create and drive an Oceania Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) plan, ensuring alignment with the Oceania and Regional strategies. Based in Sydney and reporting to the General Manager, Oceania, you will be a key member of the Oceania Extended Leadership Team and Regional DD&T Council, shaping the future of our digital and data-driven initiatives.
What you will do:

  • Create an Oceania DD&T plan aligned to the Regional strategy, identifying and curating Oceania business imperatives that can be addressed through digital and analytics use cases.
  • Drive delivery of the plan, focusing on business value and leveraging Regional Organisational resources.
  • Manage the Oceania DD&T budget
  • Develop a high-performing DD&T team focused on execution and delivering value.
  • Increase digital and analytics literacy through targeted capability building and drive adoption of DD&T offerings.
  • Drive innovation by recognising data and digital proofs of concept.


What We're Seeking in You:

  • Digital & Data Strategy Development: Experience in developing and implementing digital & data strategies that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills
  • Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead change, including developing and promoting a vision for change, inspiring others to take part in the vision
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in various digital tools and technologies, including data analytics platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills to manage and enable cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex digital and data challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to align digital initiatives with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: An experienced Leader with a breadth of experience across commercial and technology accountabilities
  • Strong understanding of the value of Digital Health solutions, Patient Solutions, and Digital Patient Journey
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
