This pivotal role partners closely with our Senior Executives, Talent Management, and People teams to identify, attract, and hire the world’s best leadership talent. You’ll design and govern Resmed’s executive hiring practices while personally leading searches for our most critical senior roles, ensuring every appointment strengthens our ability to innovate, scale, and transform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead executive hiring globally – Drive end-to-end searches for Vice President and key Senior Director hires.
  • Set the standard – Design and govern consistent, high-quality Director+ hiring practices across functions and geographies.
  • Strengthen succession – Partner with Talent Management to integrate hiring into succession planning and leadership mobility.
  • Advise and influence – Be a trusted partner to senior leaders, bringing insights, challenge, and credibility to every conversation.
  • Elevate the experience – Champion processes that balance rigorous assessment with a seamless, engaging candidate journey.
  • Inspire and lead – Manage and develop an Executive Researcher while coaching TA colleagues to build global capability in senior hiring.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, including deep executive hiring experience across global, complex organizations.
  • Proven expertise in both in-house and/or executive search environments.
  • Strong track record of engaging, advising, and influencing senior executives.
  • Experience aligning executive hiring with leadership development, succession planning, and workforce transformation.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with an eye for continuous improvement.
