What you will be responsible for

As Head of Fund Order Services APAC you will

  • Oversee mutual fund trading services for clients in a fast paced environment across a variety of complex portfolio types, including target dates, multi-manager, and fund-of-funds

  • Critically assess current and future state operations, make recommendations for improvements in future state model and drive change.

  • Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor

  • Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for key stakeholders

  • Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and controls.

  • Manage, train and develop staff, manage employee performance, complete performance reviews timely, and handle employee relations issues

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development

  • Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work and terminate employment

  • Make effective recommendations for promotions, salary increases and bonuses

  • Other projects or tasks as assigned

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 10+ years’ experience
