About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Head of Growth to develop and execute our growth marketing strategy. We are seeking a bold and dynamic growth leader who is well versed in all faucets of marketing, from creatives, to growth strategy. This is a leadership role critical in driving our growth and scaling our business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • 360 degree ownership of growth marketing strategy and execution at the country level

  • Lead cross-functional growth workstreams. Support business objectives by setting and driving aggressive growth strategies at the country level

  • Gather and utilise market data to implement and maintain a rigorous incrementality-based measurement approach

  • Own the strategy for effectively scaling performance marketing channels, including affiliates, search marketing, paid social media, lifecycle, and traditional audio and video advertising.  Align the marketing strategies to maximize reach, engagement and acquisition

  • Build strong media relations in the region to strengthen our brand exposure in the market

  • Proactively recommend and implement new approaches to identify areas for business growth

  • Oversee and manage budget allocation for all marketing channels

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying best practices to our growth efforts

  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, foster a continuous improvement culture

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience preferably in tech or fintech industry with strong experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record of supporting scaling businesses

  • Posess strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, keen to take on new challenges and has ownership of their regional scope

  • Performance-driven and direct-response minded when it comes to concepting and optimizing performance creative

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas

  • Crypto native - passionate about blockchain and crypto
