  • Guide operational workflow, ensuring efficient triage and smooth coordination of people‑related activity.

  • Work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, employee‑centred solutions.

  • Bring strong employee relations capability, providing sound judgement and coaching the team to resolve matters early and effectively.

  • Use data and insights to support strong decision‑making and empower leaders with clear, actionable advice.

  • Drive continuous improvement across people processes, tools and ways of working.

This role is ideal for a leader who can maintain strong, steady delivery while also thinking differently and identifying opportunities to evolve how HR adds value.

About You

You will bring:

  • Deep experience in strategic HR partnering, ideally in a complex or regulated environment, with a blend of strategic partnering and operational delivery.

  • The ability to simplify complexity and provide clear, practical advice.

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to inform decisions.

  • Strong employee relations capability, with the ability to coach and uplift others.

  • Strong leadership experience with a collaborative and engaging style.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing, relationship‑building and partnering with executives.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see opportunities to improve ways of working and the employee experience.

  • Strong judgement, integrity and alignment to our values.
