Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of HR Geography Pacific to join our Signify Pacific team in Sydney.

As a Head of HR Geography Pacific you’ll be responsible for designing & leading the execution of the people agenda of the region. 250 employees are working across the Pacific in Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for designing & leading the execution of the people agenda of the region. The people agenda is based on the business- and HR strategy. 
  • Accountable for the full population-based in Australia and New Zealand. Ensure duty of care as a responsible employer across all policies and procedures and proactively work to minimize people risk
  • Lead the talent strategy for the region (e.g DE&I, talent reviews, succession planning, campus program)
  • Strategic partner in the development of the performance culture with relevant interventions and improving employee engagement through inclusive teams.
  • Drive productivity by supporting people leaders through coaching & development
  • Guide people leaders to deliver key messages, understanding stakeholder requirements, resulting in a great place to work! .
  • Manage costs for the HR function.
  • Initiate and sustain change management on key organizational development initiatives and projects across businesses. 
  • Shape organizational development initiatives for building desired capabilities & improving people performance against strategic needs.

Your qualifications

  • 8-10 years HR business partnering experience in a commercial, international organization
  • HR program execution skills
  • Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration processes
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence and develop effective strategic relationships with senior management
  • Expert in local legislation
  • Data literacy to address business issues
