How you'll make an impact
You will lead a talented team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve brand and commercial goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven expertise in balancing strategic and executional requirements, who is motivated by measurable growth outcomes. You will be instrumental in optimising team performance and providing critical support to the GM Growth Marketing, ANZ.
What you’ll do
• Oversee the strategic planning and delivery of a cross-channel regional marketing plan, encompassing Brand, SMB, and Partner marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales and global marketing teams to identify new opportunities and drive integrated efforts to grow Xero’s market share.
• Monitor and report on campaign results, ensuring alignment with brand and sales pipeline goals.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, setting clear expectations and KPIs, and fostering a customer-first, data-driven culture.
• Manage the overall multi-channel marketing budget to achieve targets and approved spend.
