Your Role & Team

The Head of Pricing will be responsible for setting and owning CreditorWatch’s company-wide pricing vision and strategy across all product lines and sales segments. You'll ensure pricing is commercially sound, competitive, data driven, aligned with customer value and provides the commercial results as required by the business. 

As the company owner of pricing, you'll partner with Sales, Insights, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and RevOps to maximise revenue, reduce churn, and ensure pricing decisions support growth and retention. 

You'll report directly to the GM, RevOps in this role.

Please note, it's a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office. We may consider a Melbourne based role for the right person.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Lead Pricing Strategy & Monetisation: Define and evolve pricing strategy across products, segments, and go-to-market channels to maximise revenue and customer value.
  • Own Pricing Governance & Optimisation: Establish pricing frameworks, policies, and review cycles, including discounting, approvals, and ongoing price optimisation.
  • Drive Pricing Operations & Execution: Oversee end-to-end implementation of pricing changes, ensuring accuracy across systems, contracts, and customer touchpoints.
  • Deliver Commercial Insights & Performance Tracking: Model revenue impact, monitor pricing performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Enable Sales & Product Success: Equip Sales, Product, and Marketing teams with pricing tools, frameworks, and support for effective deal structuring and value communication.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central owner of pricing, driving collaboration, communication, and change management across the organisation.
Our ideal candidate
  • 10+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue operations, growth strategy, or commercial finance. 
  • Experience in B2B data, SaaS, fintech, or subscription-based services. 
  • Strong finance capability with experience in financial modelling, business cases, forecasting, and commercial trade-off decisions. 
  • Strong quantitative skills with proven experience building pricing models. 
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue, ARR/MRR, renewals, and expansion. 
  • An understanding and benchmarks of key SaaS metric leavers including CAC, LTV, AOV etc. 
  • Experience with CRM/quoting systems (Salesforce CPQ advantageous). 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence senior leaders. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer value drivers.
