We are hiring the product team leader to drive the design, optimization, and growth of our core products. Each role will lead a team of product managers and take ownership of a specific product direction:

  1. Process Design & Optimization
    Focus on optimizing key user journeys such as onboarding, account management, and campaign/feature flows.
  2. User Growth & Experience
    Focus on enhancing core service experience and product attractiveness to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead Web and App product features, with a focus on optimizing key flows such as user onboarding, account & asset management, and campaign engagement; or improving overall product usability, experience, and appeal to increase usage and retention.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, including PRDs and user stories, and drive reviews, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality and on-time product delivery.
  • Monitor post-launch performance using data and user feedback, and continuously iterate and optimize product features.
  • Support cross-regional teams (e.g. Shenzhen, Beijing, Sydney), understand regional differences and compliance requirements, and align product priorities across markets.
  • Maintain clear product documentation and communication processes, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and execution capability.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering consumer-facing (C-end) digital products, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop product teams
  • Solid understanding of financial products, such as stock trading, forex, CFDs, or related services
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Experience managing products across multiple markets or regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (working language across APAC teams)
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mandarin proficiency (for collaboration with Shenzhen and Beijing teams)
  • Experience in forex trading or cryptocurrency product development and management
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5, proprietary web/mobile trading apps, or crypto exchanges
  • Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or growth product management
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product frameworks (JTBD, OKRs)
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
