Who we are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

Heidi is moving from a product beloved by clinicians to a platform that defines a category. The Head of Product Marketing will create the AI Care Partner category and bring it to the world.

This role connects product, brand, and commercial teams to ensure we build with quality, release with confidence, and launch with impact, turning every release into a market-moving moment. It’s central to translating Heidi’s innovation into differentiated market leadership that drives adoption, shapes perception, and strengthens our category position.

What you’ll do

Proposition & Positioning

  • Own articulation of the AI Care Partner product value proposition across clinician, enterprise, and patient lenses.

  • Define segment-specific positioning and messaging architectures that reinforce Heidi’s category leadership.

  • Tailor positioning by specialty, buyer type, and geography to ensure clinician-authentic narratives.

  • Lead ongoing competitor and category analysis to inform differentiation strategy.

Launch Excellence

  • Design and run the end-to-end go-to-market process — from alpha testing to enterprise roll-out.

  • Define launch tiers, readiness gates, and success metrics for all product and feature releases.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Field and Growth to deliver high-impact launch campaigns and proof assets.

  • Operate fluidly across PLG and enterprise motions — ensuring narratives and launch frameworks scale from clinician self-serve to enterprise sales.

Product Quality & Narrative Alignment

  • Partner closely with Product to define and enforce market-readiness and quality standards.

  • Integrate clinician and enterprise feedback early in the product lifecycle.

  • Translate complex AI and clinical capabilities into accessible, compelling value stories.

Packaging & Monetisation

  • Partner with Product and RevOps on packaging, pricing, and monetisation strategies that drive adoption and expansion across PLG and enterprise motions.

  • Evaluate and refine commercial propositions to maximise ARR and customer lifetime value.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Insight

  • Build and maintain a live competitive and market-intelligence system.

  • Equip Product, Growth, and Sales with actionable insights - message testing, pricing trends, objection handling.

  • Advise leadership on category dynamics, analyst perspectives, and market evolution.

Analyst & Ecosystem Relations

  • Build relationships with analysts, KOL clinicians, and ecosystem partners to amplify category awareness and credibility.

  • Shape external narratives that position Heidi as the default AI Care Partner.

Sales & Enterprise Enablement

  • Create and maintain enablement tools - sales playbooks, ROI calculators, demo narratives, and enterprise decks.

  • Align product marketing with commercial and clinical motions to accelerate enterprise traction.

  • Measure enablement outcomes - asset adoption, certification completion, and field-confidence improvements.

Experimentation & Measurement

  • Instrument funnels and message tests to measure activation, conversion, and expansion.

  • Translate insights into roadmap and GTM decisions.

  • Maintain a robust measurement system to tie PMM efforts to pipeline and revenue performance.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a high-performing team spanning product launches, competitive insights, customer marketing, and enablement.

  • Build rituals, processes, and culture that emphasise quality, collaboration, and measurable impact.

  • Champion alignment between Product, Brand, and Growth to ensure consistency from roadmap to market.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading product marketing in high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology companies.

  • Demonstrated success in category creation, repositioning, or launching enterprise-grade products.

  • Deep understanding of clinician and enterprise buyer dynamics, healthcare workflows, and regulated tech.

  • Mastery of positioning, segmentation, pricing/packaging, and tiered launches.

  • Strong analytical and research skills — win/loss analysis, market mapping, and message testing.

  • Strategic storyteller who can translate AI innovation into tangible, human-centric value.

  • Experienced team builder who blends strategic thinking with operational excellence.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

  • Flexible hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office.

  • A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum

  • Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team

  • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win

  • The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Australia’s leading healthtech startups

  • If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career!
