Job Summary
The Head of Product will lead the company’s product strategy and execution, focusing on both short-term delivery and long-term innovation. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire and build a high-performing product team. You will oversee product development, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across the organization to achieve Plenti’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product strategy and vision
• Develop and communicate a clear, forward-thinking product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs, setting a foundation for scalable growth.
Team leadership
• Hire, coach, and mentor a team of product managers and other key roles.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
Delivery
• Identify and address challenges preventing progress on key product initiatives.
• Act as a problem-solver for cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track.
Decision-making and prioritisation
• Make informed tradeoff decisions to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and align with strategic goals.
Alignment and communication
• Serve as a central communication point for product strategy and initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across departments and stakeholders to drive clarity and cohesion.
Key Qualifications:
● Extensive experience in product management, including leading teams and defining strategy.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing long-term product roadmaps.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage teams.
● Excellent decision-making capabilities, particularly in high-growth environments.
● A proven track record of fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
