Cross functional collaboration
• Build and foster effective, collaborative relationships with peers (Head of Design, Engineering, Technology, Data, Delivery), promoting joint accountability for outcomes.
• Work closely with external partners and API providers to extend and enrich Wisr’s platform.

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading teams of Product Managers in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling products from concept (0→1) and at scale (1→n).
• Proven ability to define clear product visions, multi-year roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of lending economics, technology, credit risk, APIs, and regulatory environments.
• Data-driven mindset—highly skilled in product analytics e.g. Amplitude, experimentation (A/B/N testing), and insight-driven decision-making.
• Systems thinker, capable of transitioning between high-level strategic context and detailed product execution effortlessly.
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and platforms (preferred but not essential).
