Job DescriptionNine is undertaking a monumental project to unify our customer view across all media platforms, and we're looking for a Head of Sales CRM to lead the charge!
Reporting into the Head of Yield & Inventory, you will be the business-side product owner of our Sales CRM, serving as the voice of our national sales organisation. You'll also lead and mentor a small team of CRM specialists. Your mission will be to champion a new, multi-platform CRM, ensuring it's not only functional but also seamlessly integrated into the daily workflow of our sales teams.
Day to day you will:
- Define the CRM's strategic roadmap, acting as the key business stakeholder and translating business requirements into clear development priorities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and adoption strategy to embed the CRM into daily workflows, leading training and support initiatives.
- Oversee the CRM's ongoing maintenance and improvement, prioritising feature requests based on business impact.
- Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights to optimise sales processes.
What you’ll bring:
- A seasoned Salesforce expert with proven experience in CRM strategy, possessing key certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant or Administrator.
- A proven leader and change agent with a track record of driving enterprise-wide CRM adoption and delivering measurable improvements to sales workflows and data quality.
- Strategic and commercially-minded, with a natural ability to translate senior business objectives into a tangible CRM roadmap.
- Experience in media, advertising, or a related fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in using reporting and BI tools to develop KPIs, track performance and deliver actionable insights.
