Job Title: Head of Solution Implementation
Location: Remote but willing to travel 20-50%. (Remote in United States – Texas, Florida, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Solution Implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, economics, business administration, or related fields, with postgraduate master’s studies relevant to the role. This role is crucial in leading high-impact teams, managing client relationships, and driving business development.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their needs and business challenges.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, often in complex and high-stakes situations.
Project Leadership and Management:
- Lead multiple project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Development:
- Drive the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client engagements.
- Develop proposals and pitch consulting services to potential clients in partnership with the commercial team.
Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by developing new methodologies, tools, and insights.
- Publish articles, speak at conferences, and participate in professional forums to enhance the firm's reputation and intellectual capital.
- Implement automation and standardization of consulting and market research workflows in partnership with solutions and product teams.
Team Development and Mentoring:
- Mentor and coach consultants and managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Work with the talent team in recruiting new consultants.
- Oversee performance reviews and career progression of team members.
Strategic Planning for the Firm:
- Participate in the strategic planning and direction of the firm.
- Contribute to decision-making on key issues like market expansion, service offerings, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are:
- English (C1/native), conversational Spanish preferred.
- 2+ years experience in management consulting.
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of data management and analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.
What We Offer:
- Annual Compensation: $200,000 to $300,000 + commissions, depending on experience.
