We’re now looking for a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition – Technology & Product to lead our global hiring strategy and elevate how we attract and engage top-tier talent across our tech and product domains. 

 

What You’ll Be Driving 

  • Global TA Leadership: Lead the global recruiting strategy for Product and Technology hiring across ResMed, managing regional TA teams in North America, India, APAC, and EMEA (~ 18 FTE).
  • Hiring Strategy and Planning: Convert workforce and hiring plans into quarterly TA strategies using data tools to forecast demand and define success metrics.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with business and People teams, and regularly report on hiring plans and outcomes.
  • Delivery and Pipeline: Oversee requisition allocation and delivery, support executive and early career hiring, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a globally consistent TA team, set goals, coach performance, and contribute to function-wide initiatives.
  • Operations and Standards: Standardize intake, sourcing, assessment, and offer processes while ensuring compliance and data quality.
  • Candidate Experience and Sourcing: Promote inclusive, high-quality candidate experiences and partner to build sourcing capability focused on critical roles.
  • Insights and Continuous Improvement: Use data to measure success, run retrospectives, and foster AI fluency and a culture of experimentation.

What You Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with deep expertise in technology and product hiring.
  • Proven success leading multi-region recruiting teams in complex, global environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of building and delivering hiring plans at scale.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of modern sourcing and selection technologies.
  • A passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences and building compelling employer brands.
