Job Description Summary
Helpdesk Administrator is responsible to drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Coordinators are responsible for the following activities:

Telephone & Email AP Queries
-
Reprint Remittances
-
Providing expected payment dates to vendors
-
Liaise with internal staff on AP queries
-
Efficient management of Accounts Payable queries
-
Stakeholder Engagement with efficient resolution of issues
Background and Experience
-
2 years proven experience in accounts payable.
-
Experience with JDE preferred or other accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Knowledge of Excel and other office software.
