As a HR Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our people and culture initiatives. From managing key compliance checks and employee documentation to coordinating new starter processes and career progression updates, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where no two days are the same which is perfect for someone with strong initiative, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity for HR.
This is a full time, 6-month contract position based in our Sydney office with flexibility to work from home.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee high-volume administrative tasks, including generating new starter contracts and managing employee files and signed documentation.
  • Execute critical compliance processes such as employment verification requests and VEVO checks.
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle to process changes such as; remuneration adjustments, tenure recognition milestones, and referral payment confirmations.
  • Ensure data accuracy across Workday and internal systems, by monitoring IT notifications and employee work pattern changes.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, ideally gained within a leading brand or high-end hospitality environment, showcasing your ability to deliver excellence in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
  • Display clear career aspirations in HR or show an authentic curiosity about the people and culture space, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Be able to show initiative and sound judgment, with the maturity to balance independent accountability and collaborative teamwork.
