As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring employee engagement remains at the heart of every decision. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, tackle complex workplace challenges, and drive organisational change in a supportive and evolving environment. You’ll have the autonomy to shape HR strategies, enhance talent management practices, and contribute to a thriving culture where people feel valued and empowered.

Your key responsibilities as an HR Business Partner will include:

  • Leading, managing, and promoting HR and people management practices to support organisational success
  • Developing and delivering change initiatives and employee engagement action plans
  • Providing guidance to managers on talent strategies, recruitment approaches, and organisational structures
  • Overseeing the local payroll process, including input files, validation, and anomaly reporting
  • Establishing strong relationships with managers to provide expert advice, coaching, and support on HR matters
  • Managing the full employee life cycle, including remuneration planning, succession, and performance management

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Business Partner:

  • You must have extensive experience in a similar HR Business Partner function, ideally within a global organisation
  • You must have experience in managing and leading a local team
  • You should be adept at navigating complex workplace challenges and delivering effective solutions, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all level
  • You need a solid understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations
  • You will preferably have experience working in the IT or finance industry
