As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring employee engagement remains at the heart of every decision. Your key responsibilities as an HR Business Partner will include:
- Leading, managing, and promoting HR and people management practices to support organisational success
- Developing and delivering change initiatives and employee engagement action plans
- Providing guidance to managers on talent strategies, recruitment approaches, and organisational structures
- Overseeing the local payroll process, including input files, validation, and anomaly reporting
- Establishing strong relationships with managers to provide expert advice, coaching, and support on HR matters
- Managing the full employee life cycle, including remuneration planning, succession, and performance management
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Business Partner:
- You must have extensive experience in a similar HR Business Partner function, ideally within a global organisation
- You must have experience in managing and leading a local team
- You should be adept at navigating complex workplace challenges and delivering effective solutions, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all level
- You need a solid understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations
- You will preferably have experience working in the IT or finance industry
