About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned HR Continuous Improvement Consultant who excels at leading transformative initiatives. This role focuses on elevating operational performance by implementing best-in-class practices throughout the employee journey.
About the Team
You’ll be part of a dynamic and expanding group within the People Department, driven by a shared commitment to creating exceptional employee experiences. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across the People Department to deliver meaningful improvements that contribute to the Bank’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Apply process improvement methodologies to continuously improve our HR practices, outcomes and experiences
Identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to deliver end to end solutions
Facilitate workshops with SME’s, identify pain points and recommend solutions together with defined implementation solutions
Gather and analyse data to form insights
Support the implementation of endorsed changes
Produce relevant documents to support implementation or new and improved products and services
Support the development and implementation of smarter, simpler and faster ways of working
To be successful in this role, you will:
Demonstrate a high-level of initiative and the ability work with autonomy, bring constructive challenge, and always be open to input that can help find the best solutions.
We are wanting to hear from candidates who:
Bring a broad, working knowledge of HR policies and processes
Have experience with WorkDay
Have a demonstrable track record of continuous improvement and driving change
Enjoy leading projects and stakeholders as well as contributing individually
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Bring knowledge of industry trends, leading HR practices and HR tech including automation and AI
Strong project management capability
Thrive in a hybrid work environment (50/50)
