Working in the Payroll Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes, all while continuously improving our systems and processes. This is your chance to contribute to a world-class team while developing your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you will do:
- Own the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy for standard compensation, bonuses, commissions, and statutory payments.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, business partners, and third parties with a focus on solving issues and enhancing relationships.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Support payroll audits and collaborate on projects to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with our payroll provider to ensure smooth operations.
What we’re looking for in you:
- A passion for detail and efficiency, with experience in payroll administration or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a drive to problem-solve and continuously improve.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (and other Microsoft Office tools), with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
