Job Description

As we bring together the best of both businesses, we will continue to foster a culture of collaboration, combining our best talent to create a unified, empowered and high-performing team. The position of HR Integration Project Manager will be integral in supporting the transformation across the employee lifecycle and our people systems, processes, and policies.

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing

 

 

  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR integration projects as part of a broader HR Program of work, ensuring timely and successful completion.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal local, regional and global business leaders, Integration Program, and ANZ HR team and regional and global HR COE and Shared Services to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the integration program.

 

  • Harmonisation of Employment Contracts: Oversee the harmonisation of employment contracts and terms and conditions in consultation with external legal counsel, ensuring compliance and alignment with Awards and Legislation.

 

  • HR Systems Integration: Coordinate the integration of HR systems and employee data management including support of payroll system integration.

 

  • Culture Program: Support the development and implementation of the output of culture diagnostic to support the integration and foster a unified organisational culture.

 

  • Support Organisational Change Program: Support the implementation of organizational structure design and changes to achieve synergy plan and meet local legislative requirements.

 

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR integration activities. Participate in post-acquisition audits to ensure all risks have been mitigated

 

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Integration Program Office and Senior Leadership Team on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

More about you

 

  • Experience HRBP/ generalist with extensive project management experience, ideally in HR Systems and Employee Relations
  • Previous experience in M&A integration activities preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders at a local, regional and global level
  • Willing to take ownership of issues and see them through to effective resolution.  Ability to demonstrate organised, pro-active and planned approach
  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral).
  • Project Management experience – MS Project skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration within the local HR team and across the EMAP and global HR teams
