This role is the coalface for our employees and candidates, playing a key part in our People & Culture service delivery model by supporting process excellence and an outstanding experience across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with our India-based People Experience team and partners across IT, Finance and Payroll, you will build your HR expertise supporting complex employee lifecycle processes, provide specialised guidance on policy, and deliver exceptional service to people leaders and team members across our global operations.

How will you make an impact?
  • Case management ownership: Manage the day-to-day operation of our JIRA case management tool ensuring employee requests are triaged, tracked and resolved end to end.
  • Employee lifecycle expertise: Handle a high volume of employee lifecycle requests, including onboarding, leave, mobility and offboarding, using your P&C knowledge to resolve queries accurately and within defined SLAs.
  • Process improvement: Leverage AI tools and drive process enhancement initiatives, conducting ticket reviews to identify root causes of recurring issues and implementing practical fixes.
  • Team support: Organise and allocate tickets amongst Coordinators, educating and supporting them in ticket handling and process enhancement, acting as a go-to expert
  • Policy guidance: Provide authoritative interpretation and practical application of P&C policies, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the People Experience Team Lead in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance support: Support compliance obligations including assisting with audits, maintaining accurate employment records and producing ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision making.
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
  • HR operations experience: 3+ years' experience in HR operations, handling the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Case management know-how: Hands-on experience with a case management tool, ideally JIRA or a similar platform, and able to hit the ground running.
  • Technical aptitude: Exposure to process automation and confident use of shared drive and document management tools.
  • Policy knowledge: Working knowledge of employment legislation and P&C best practice, or a strong desire to develop this.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify root causes.
  • Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse, geographically dispersed stakeholders, including India-based team members and functions such as IT, Finance and Payroll.
  • Global matrix experience: Experience working in a global matrix organisation, comfortable with a high and varied volume of requests.

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.
