Job Description

The HR Partner plays a pivotal role in driving HR transformation by delivering high-impact HR services with a strong focus on customer experience, quality, and operational efficiency. These services are fully aligned with the Voice of the Customer, ensuring consistent and reliable HR service delivery.

In addition, the HR Partner leads initiatives aimed at enhancing business capabilities and elevating the employee experience, working in close collaboration with colleagues across the regional HR community."

Vision & Strategy

  • Provide proactive and strategic guidance to business leaders and managers on domain-specific matters, ensuring seamless translation into localized HR service delivery where required.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business direction within the region/country and effectively translate relevant insights and local requirements into domain-specific actions.
  • Establish and nurture key internal and external relationships essential for delivering successful and sustainable HR outcomes.

Operational Excellence

  • Overall accountable for delivering high-quality HR Advice services, including second-tier support and project management for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborates with external partners on international mobility topics, in alignment with the Global Center of Expertise (COE).
  • Operates in line with the strategic direction and vision of People Services, helping to define and prioritize key initiatives.
  • Responsible for the deployment and execution of HR policies, processes, and services within the defined scope of responsibility.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of the local labour market, ensuring HR service delivery is both globally aligned and locally compliant with laws and regulations.
  • Owns HR metrics and local Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring service continuity and an exceptional employee experience.
  • Provides domain-specific expertise, leading activities in accordance with established policies, SOPs, and guidelines, and serves as an escalation point for HR Partners.
  • Accountable for maintaining up-to-date functional knowledge to support critical employee lifecycle moments.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in enabling technologies and systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manages local HR Advice suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Be part of (one or more) Capability Expert Communities (SME role) to bring in the People Services perspective in the overall maintenance and improvement of HR Capabilities.
  • Be an ambassador of the HR transformation and adoption of the HR Service Delivery Model with the business, act as a role mode
