Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including leave management, wellbeing activations, flex benefit administration, and general HR administrative tasks. This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee leave records and assist with leave inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Support the execution of wellbeing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.

  • Support the flex benefits program administration.

  • Support various HR initiatives including Benefits, Talent Development, Onboarding etc.

  • Prepare HR reports as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, flow automation

  • Workday proficiency is preferred
