The Opportunity


As the HR Systems Analyst you will be part of our People & Culture team, you will be focusing on managing central system-related P&C processes. You will be accountable for managing the delivery of key central P&C processes through MyPlace (Oracle HCM) and coordinate the efforts across the P&C team so that operating rhythms and high-quality People outcomes are assured.


As the superuser and SME for P&C systems (MyPlace, Lever, Access Micropay, and more!) you will be our 'Systems Guru' and your efforts in managing and maintaining these systems will ensure we continue to deliver for the growing needs of the business. A key focus of your role will be streamlining processes and automating where possible to optimise the user experience and improve efficiencies.

What you'll be doing

  • System administrator and Superuser for all P&C systems.
  • Reporting - The goal is to anticipate and produce accurate and insightful management information that underpins better strategic and commercial decisions. 
  • Driving continuous improvement of P&C systems. 
  • Process automation and change management for system changes and upgrades.
  • Support people managers and employees with systems queries, processes and actions.
  • Manage vendor relationships. 

Your ideal skills & experience

  • 5 years of experience as a system analyst including experience being the system administrator and superuser.
  • Experience driving and implementing systems enhancements.
  • A systems guru who is passionate about improving systems functionality and automating processes. 
  • Exposure to P&C / HR practices.
  • Previous experience working with Oracle HCM and/or Workday is required. 
  • Data-driven, highly analytical person who loves analysing data and creating meaningful reports. 
  • Strong Relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Experience building reports in Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
