Summary
The ANZ HTR Solution Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks within a company's Human Resources department, including processing employee data, managing benefits enrolment, updating employee records, handling payroll changes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations, essentially focusing on the "transactional" aspects of HR operations to maintain accurate employee information and smooth administrative functions and reporting.
Delivers a range of transactional HR/Payroll services including Dashboard reporting for both HR and Payroll. Responds to enquiries and routine requests from internal customers, identifying and escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information. The role is accountable for delivering efficient, accurate and reliable transaction processing to support the effective operation of the functional areas and including compliance related matters.
The role supports the business operation of the GBS HTR centre, reporting to the GBS HTR Manager by providing a shared services HR/Payroll function in a reliable, efficient and timely manner. The role provides a range of advisory and support services such as, but not limited to, ANZ workday transactional processing and support and reporting services.
The ANZ HTR Solution Compliance Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.
Key responsibilities
Customer Centric Operational Stability:

  • Perform a range of routine transactional HR/Payroll workflows relevant to the operations of the functional area. Tasks include record creation, entering, processing, checking and extracting data for reporting purposes and record archiving. These tasks must be performed in accordance with agreed operating procedures.
  • Assist with general enquiries and information requests from internal and external customers on matters relating to the functional area, ensuring that information supplied is accurate, relevant and resolves the request efficiently. Enquiries may be a result of an identified issues or discrepancies, or requests for information for reporting or audit purposes.
  • Consult with the team and supervisor when dealing with complex enquiries, issues or requests, and escalating as necessary, incoming enquiries in a confidential, responsive, customer-focused manner.
  • Provide efficient data processing and record management services to facilitate accurate transaction processing; prepare routine reports, data logs and other documents; support the timely flow of information to and from the functional area.
  • Utilise technology applications and systems confidently to deliver efficient and effective service in accordance with Department policy. Applications include relevant HR systems (such as Workday), SNOW, MS Office). Remedy and other technologies appropriate to the operations of the functional area.
  • In consultation with the line manager, develop an annual work plan that articulates, clarifies and documents the role's specific responsibilities, key deliverables, expected outcomes and indicators of success over a 12-month period.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments for seamless operations.
  • Support HR/Payroll improvements in partnership with Kraft Heinz HR and Finance departments.
  • Drive Service Performance Management reviews between business and GBS and improve reporting with GBS team.


  • Process Improvement:
  • Ensure process documentation is updated frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures in compliance with Kraft Heinz policies and controls
  • Work closely with Global process owners and teams to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practicalities and exceptions
  • Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures
  • Review local policies related to the Hire to Retire area and implement processes in within GBS to standardize ways of working
  • Support ANZ EDM Solution Coordinator and HR team to ensure compliance with our collective agreements and individual agreements.


About you

  • Understanding of ANZ HR/Payroll transactional Legislation / processes
  • Minimum of 3 years of processing work experience in HR Transactional Systems
  • Experience working in an operational capacity within a Global Business Services model is preferred
  • Experience working with payroll transactional matters
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience participating in Continuous improvement initiatives
  • Positive, proactive can-do attitude
