About the Role

Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make a real impact? At Crown Australia, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

In this generalist role, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a selected group of Branches. Working closely with Branch Managers and supported by the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the HR function across your designated branches.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established portfolio where you can contribute immediately while also driving meaningful HR initiatives that enhance performance, capability and employee engagement.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance and workforce planning.
  • Participate in and support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • A passion for people, culture and making work a better and more positive environment.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence to coach, challenge and collaborate with leaders at all levels of business.
