About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract. Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, this dynamic role will support our growing workforce by delivering end-to-end recruitment while providing hands-on HR coordination across the full employee lifecycle.
This position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with leaders to attract and retain top talent, and is passionate about contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
- Draft and post job advertisements
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate communication
- Conduct reference checks
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Provide first-level HR support to managers and staff
Requirements
About You:
You will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in HR and/or recruitment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- HR qualification (desirable)
