About the Role

Are you an organised and people-focused HR professional who enjoys both recruitment and building great workplace experiences?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract. Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, this dynamic role will support our growing workforce by delivering end-to-end recruitment while providing hands-on HR coordination across the full employee lifecycle.

This position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with leaders to attract and retain top talent, and is passionate about contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture. It’s a fantastic opportunity to further develop your HR career within a supportive and engaging team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Draft and post job advertisements
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates
  • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Provide first-level HR support to managers and staff

Requirements

About You:

You will bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR and/or recruitment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • HR qualification (desirable)
