W Sydney is now casting for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role sits at the heart of our people operations, supporting the day-to-day HR activities while shaping the experience of every Talent who joins our world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Operations & Administration
- Maintain and streamline HR filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare polished correspondence, documents, and reports
- Create and maintain personnel files for new Talent
Talent Attraction & Support
- Support recruitment activities across all departments
- Assist with payroll queries and Talent questions
- Maintain a professional, welcoming space for Talent applications and onboarding
Engagement & Talent Relations
- Organize and support Talent events, including engagement activities, celebrations, and HR-led initiatives that elevate the Talent experience
- Respond to Talent and manager enquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines
- Escalate Talent‑relations concerns to HR leadership when needed
Workplace Excellence
- Protect confidential information and uphold HR data security standards
- Build strong relationships and collaborate to achieve team goals
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in hospitality/hotel industry highly advantageous
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- Tech‑savvy, with confidence using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
