As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll manage HR administration tasks, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and support associate well-being programs.

Your Opportunity:
- Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the HR team.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
- Assist with the onboarding of associates and prepare employment contracts.
- Assist with all areas of recruitment whilst following Marriott’s talent acquisition requirements.
- Complete all aspects of the associate life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team.
- Support the hotel TakeCare events and activities.
- Coordinate tracking of training and assist in delivering onboarding training to associates.
About You:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Completed HR qualification or currently undertaking
- Enthusiastic to grow & develop your career in HR
- Self-motivated, driven and energized, enjoys a fast-paced environment
