Commencing in mid July, on an 13-month contract, the HR Manager will provide HR business partnering services to their Dept Director and their teams to maximise performance, development and engagement through the delivery of our HR Toolkit. The HR Manager will also partner with the Head of HR on delivering strategic initiatives to deliver our annual HR People Plan.

Job Description

BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Partner with the Sales Directors, their leadership teams, and managers to frame and influence the people agenda within your client group.
  • Provide HR data and insights, and coach managers on how to use the materials available in our global HR toolkit to drive high performance and engagement in their teams.
  • Coach People Managers to be best in class across the HR pillars: Select, Manage, Develop, Reward and Grow; and ensure their understanding and adoption of our global HR philosophies .
  • Provide HR KPI analysis & share insights to educate and create consensus in leadership teams on the most important people challenges and actions to address them.
  • Champion, advise on and implement global HR initiatives, eg our annual global engagement survey.
  • Support the Head of HR to create the annual People Plan as part of Business Planning.
  • Maintain a meaningful local and global HR networks.

TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT 

  • Facilitate and support the delivery of global and local training programs and tools.
  • Partner with People Managers to identify relevant, meaningful development actions for their team members to support their growth and retention.
  • Involved in recruitment for specific Sales vacancies, as agreed with Dept Director and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Drives the talent management agenda in partnership with their Director to ensure there is strong internal succession for future dept needs.
  • Coach People Managers on best practice onboarding and partner with them to ensure it is properly implemented

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Remains up to date on employment legislation and manages compliance within the relevant frameworks
  • Provides advice and coaches People Managers to operate within the relevant frameworks and drives managerial empowerment through informed decisions
  • Work with Head of HR to handle related employee matters, if and when they arise
  • Ensures that HR polices are current and communicated in timely manner in line with local requirements

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Coach People Managers on the Red Bull Compensation philosophy and how to implement it effectively within their teams to maximise performance and engagement
  • Proactively provide information and insights on market data to support talent attraction and retention and identifies solutions to issues that may occur
  • Partner with the Head of HR to manage the annual compensation planning and benefits review process
  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with global guidelines and directives
  • Provide cover for Payroll Manager on casual payroll, during periods of leave. 

Qualifications

Previous Business Partnering experience with Directors and their leadership teams, at a HR Manager level 

Proven success in executing HR value proposition and strategy at a national level

Experience in identifying and analysing HR and business data to recommend HR initiatives that will improve performance and engagement

Experience in facilitating a range of HR related workshops and training programs

Experience in briefing and working with external partners, ideally within training and development

Managing employment relations cases to provide a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business
