The HVM EE PVD Engineer will work on equipment start-up and productivity improvement in PVD processes, aiming to enhance product quality and reliability, while also improving yield and reducing costs through problem-solving and precision methodologies.

-Work on yield improvement, cost reduction and productivity enhancement, while promptly resolving manufacturing line issues.
-Apply methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC to identify, diagnose, and correct process-related problems.
-Coordinate and execute evaluation and optimization of processes, equipment, and materials, implementing necessary improvements.
-Lead yield improvement and cost reduction activities, and manage implementation into mass production.
-Collaborate with equipment vendors to achieve Max Out, quality, and cost objectives.
