Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) program focused on User Access Management (UAM) and Identity Governance. Working alongside a Senior Business Analyst, you will support analysis, data collection, testing, and operational readiness activities across the program.
You will assist with requirements gathering for UAM capabilities, collect and validate application data for access reconciliation, and support application onboarding into IAM controls. You will contribute to connector build and testing activities and assist with the creation of interface contracts for UAM uplift and onboarding.
You will also support system and integration testing activities, assist with coordination of user acceptance testing, and provide support during pre‑production and production deployments. Maintaining accurate operations handover documentation will be a key part of your role.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting IAM, IGA, or cyber security initiatives
- Exposure to IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Silverfort, or similar technologies
- Understanding of User Access Management, access governance, and application onboarding
- Experience supporting requirements gathering and data collection from business and technical teams
- Hands‑on experience assisting with system testing, SIT, and UAT activities
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional delivery teams
