ICT Account Manager

Wonde are looking for two experienced ICT Account Managers for an immediate start.

These positions are full-time ongoing, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney CBD.

Salary - $85,000

The ICT Account Manager will be responsible for the following main duties:

Relationship Management & Consultation
  • Professional Engagement: Build and maintain consultative relationships with school leadership and IT contacts to ensure they are educated on Wonde’s data sync capabilities and product suite.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate technical meetings to understand school-specific infrastructure and recommend appropriate ICT solutions, including internal products and integrated third-party apps.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities within the existing Data Sync user base to expand Wonde’s impact and provide professional demonstrations of the school portal and Secure Schools.
  • Objective Support: Assist in the execution of account management strategies to meet business goals and support Wonde's growth in the education sector.
Technical Coordination & Implementation
  • Lifecycle Support: Coordinate the deployment process for EduSync and MyLogin, from the initial technical demonstration and application request through to installation and trial setup.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address technical challenges during the integration phase, acting as the primary contact for escalating complex issues to the Technical Support teams.
  • Migration Assistance: Liaise with Project Managers and the Integrations team to ensure School Information System (SIS) migrations are executed accurately and without data loss.
  • Data Configuration: Collaborate with the DataSync team to ensure third-party application permissions are configured securely and correctly.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor for offline school connections and proactively intervene to troubleshoot and resolve synchronisation failures.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Partner with Marketing and Technical Implementation teams to relay product feedback, report technical bugs, and support regional campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain and deliver clear reports on project status, integration success rates, and potential market opportunities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical insights and guidance to internal colleagues to support business objectives and contribute to team best practices.
Information Security & Compliance

As an ICT Account Manager, maintaining the security of customer information is a core responsibility. You will:

  • Comply with Wonde’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all data protection policies.
  • Maintain a professional understanding of data legislation to ensure all student and staff information is handled securely.
  • Utilise only authorised software and strictly follow all password and terminal security protocols.
  • Promptly report any identified security risks or system vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer.

RequirementsSelection Criteria

For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications and work experience:

  • Relevant Qualifications (Bachelor Degree or Diploma level qualification).
  • Relevant Work Experience (at least 1 year of full-time experience).
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is essential.
  • Experience in the edtech sector highly desirable.
