The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experience ICT Engineer to join our growing team supporting critical infrastructure projects across sectors including Transport, Buildings, Defence, and Energy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to build technical capability, gain project experience, and learn from industry experts in a supportive consulting environment.

You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of ICT systems while developing your skills across a range of complex and high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of ICT engineering services for critical infrastructure projects
  • Support the preparation of designs, drawings, and technical documentation
  • Contribute to investigations, site assessments, and technical analysis
  • Assist with design calculations, specifications, and reports under guidance
  • Work collaboratively with senior engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, supporting delivery of high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, etc.)
  • Participate in preparing and maintaining project documentation, team meetings, knowledge sharing, and project reviews
  • Ensure work aligns with relevant standards, guidelines, and KBR processes
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Actively build technical knowledge in ICT systems and data infrastructure
  • Learn from experienced mentors and contribute to a high-performing team environment
  • Develop consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills

About You

You’re a motivated and detail-oriented early-career engineer who is eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are keen to build your career in ICT infrastructure.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Electrical, Communications, or ICT Engineering
  • Engineering consultancy experience (or relevant internships/graduate experience) in ICT, telecommunications, or engineering
  • Basic understanding of ICT systems or data centre environments (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Full Australian Working Rights & ability to get Security Clearance

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to consulting or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with design documentation or engineering standards
  • Interest in data centres or critical infrastructure environments
