The Opportunity:

We are seeking expressions of interest for an ICT Support Specialist to join our team, where you will play a critical role in the management and maintenance of a range of technology products for our client. This is a client-facing position that requires a strong technical background in Information Technology.

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to: 

  • Provide administration and support for IT systems, including Local Area Networks (MS Server 2012, VMware).

  • Manage and maintain ICT technology ensuring they are ready for use and tracking defects.

  • Evaluate and optimise IT, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation to ensure consistent operation and support for systems.

  • Offer subject matter expertise and advice on technology-enabled solutions for training and project processes.

  • Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to integrate technology systems into project operations.

  • Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring service continuity and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting on system performance and service delivery to the client.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Essential:

  • Tertiary and/or vocational qualifications in IT or related fields.

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT administration and simulation system management.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) is preferred.

  • NV1 Security clearance (or ability to obtain).
