The Role

Location: Sydney

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide and empower a brilliant performance team, steering them to deliver exceptional campaign planning and activation for our clients.
  • Drive Strategy: Be the strategic mastermind behind performance campaigns for some of Australia's most iconic insurance brands, including AAMI and GIO.
  • Own the Performance Journey: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from clever implementation and optimisation to insightful reporting that proves our impact.
  • Forge Powerful Partnerships: Cultivate trusted relationships with senior clients and key media partners, becoming their go-to expert in the dynamic media landscape.
  • Champion Innovation: Play a pivotal role in producing award-winning work, building the agency's reputation and contributing to new business growth.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • A Performance Guru: You have years of hands-on experience managing campaigns for large advertisers and possess an expert-level understanding of Search Marketing.

What We Offer 

We offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave and early finishes during the summer months. Based on the south side of the bridge in Barangaroo, our office has beautiful views of Sydney Harbour and is a great space to hang out with colleagues and friends!
