The Role

Location: Sydney

Our Implementation & Activation (Performance) team are embedded within our agency client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on.

The scope of the Implementation & Activation (Performance) team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of performance channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering

connected, audience-first client outputs.

Here’s your chance to dive headfirst into the world of performance marketing with some of Australia's most iconic brands! In this role, you will:

  • Be the engine of our campaigns: Play a vital, hands-on role in the day-to-day implementation, optimisation, and reporting for major clients like Suncorp, AAMI, and GIO.
  • Become a data storyteller: Build and manage insightful reports and dashboards, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive real results.
  • Master campaign strategy: Get involved in the nitty-gritty of campaign structure, from ad groups and keywords to bid strategies, ensuring every dollar delivers maximum impact.
  • Champion operational excellence: Take ownership of campaign activity, ensuring flawless execution, accurate tracking, and proactive problem-solving from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the best: Work closely with a supportive internal team, leading media partners, and clients to deliver connected, audience-first campaigns.

What We Offer 

We offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave and early finishes during the summer months.
