Role Summary and Impact

The I&A Director for UPI & Warner Bros. is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving digital media strategy, planning, and activation for these key entertainment clients. This role oversees a team focused on biddable media (Social & Programmatic), collaborates strategically across departments, and champions data-driven approaches to achieve client business objectives and lead digital transformation. The successful candidate will ensure best-in-class campaign execution, effective client engagement, and robust compliance management, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client and internal stakeholders. This role is instrumental in leading the development and implementation of the client's data/digital transformation roadmap, ensuring measurable solutions and continuous improvement across all digital efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team & Workflow Management – Biddable (Social & Programmatic)
  • Collaborate with the Direct Digital Director on best use of Digital Channels to answer the client brief.
  • Consult as part of a broader Strategic & Activation Planning team in answering a brief, as well as the quality, integration, and accuracy of the response before it goes to client.
  • Lead the development of the Client Data/Digital transformation roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
  • Address client feedback timeously, and put measurable solutions and action plans in place.
  • Ensure robust Digital Compliance management across all campaigns and strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent understanding of both Biddable & Direct Digital media.
  • Deep comprehension of the role of Digital within the broader marketing/media mix.
  • Proven expertise in Effective Campaign Planning Principles.
  • Strong capabilities in Audience profiling & insights into media usage behaviour.
  • Expertise in the Role of device, platform & format in digital media.
  • Adept at the Effective use of 1P; 2P & 3P data in audience targeting & the ability to set up and manage test campaigns in conjunction with our Transformation team - the learnings of which can be rolled out across campaigns by the team.
  • Proficiency in Measurement Metrics & How to set effective KPIs for campaigns.
  • Strategic understanding of When to apply the Direct vs Biddable buying model for a campaign.
  • Ability to establish and measure test hypotheses, and establish a strategic test & learn framework.
  • Demonstrated Effective engagement & communication with a range of stakeholders including client leadership, strategic & planning leads, functional experts (including our Transformation team) within broader EM, the digital activation team (organic social & paid media) as well as both junior and senior clients.
