The Role

Location: Sydney

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Bring Campaigns to Life: You'll be at the heart of the action, managing the implementation, optimisation, and reporting of media campaigns for our amazing clients.
  • Master the Media Mix: Get hands-on experience across all media channels and touchpoints, from social and search to the next big thing in advertising.
  • Build Client Connections: Forge strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted go-to for all things campaign activation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Best: Work side-by-side with a brilliant team of internal specialists and market-leading media partners to deliver exceptional results.
  • Own the Detail: Take charge of the crucial details, ensuring flawless execution of campaign bookings, financials, and compliance with immaculate precision.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave and early finishes during the summer months.
