We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Driving Omnichannel Excellence: Crafting and executing brilliant omnichannel media plans, seamlessly blending your strong traditional TV buying expertise with progressive, modern media strategies.
  • Total Campaign Ownership: Taking the reins on campaigns from end to end - from flawless implementation and 100% financial accuracy to delivering insightful post-campaign analysis.
  • Client Collaboration: Cultivating trusted, strong relationships with top-tier clients, proactively pitching creative tactics that solve their unique business challenges.
  • Empowering People: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented team of direct reports, fostering a supportive, positive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Championing Innovation: Keeping your finger on the pulse of emerging opportunities, leveraging market insights, and acting as a positive ambassador for the agency with our media partners.

Ideal Skills and Experience

A relentlessly curious, results-driven media expert with a strong offline background who loves mentoring others and is ready to push the boundaries of omnichannel planning will absolutely thrive in this organisation. We’re also looking for;

  • Traditional & Modern Media Savvy: A rock-solid background in offline media and TV buying, paired with a genuine excitement to embrace and drive broader omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strategic Planning Prowess: Confidence in core media planning principles - such as scheduling, flighting, seasonality, and effective reach theories - to build robust recommendations.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Proven people management experience with a natural knack for guiding, motivating, and developing junior team members.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving mentality with exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach to prioritising tasks.
  • Exceptional Communication: Brilliant communication skills that enable you to build authentic connections, articulate campaign performance clearly, and present strategies with confidence.
