About the Role
The Knowledge Management Department at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Implementation Analyst to lead the delivery of solutions and support the adoption of improved digital processes across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll drive business efficiencies by immersing yourself in new technologies, refining and enhancing information processes, practices, and behaviours. You’ll lead the planning, delivery, and support of initiatives that align with the Department’s strategic objectives and deliver tangible business benefits.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you’ll help embed change in processes, people, and systems. You’ll own both BAU and project environments, engaging with technologies including document management systems, collaboration platforms and corporate productivity tools.
As part of the solution delivery team, you’ll provide business and technical expertise to identify, analyse, and implement improvements that align with best practice in technology, information and knowledge management. You’ll build strong partnerships with peers and leverage their diverse skillsets to deliver creative, holistic solutions to complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business solution development, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
Partner with business areas to deliver on opportunities for improvement in information and knowledge management, and recommend effective solutions.
Independently manage, deliver and own small to medium-sized initiatives.
Influence and support change management across impacted teams and systems.
About You
You bring experience in information management and a strong interest in advancing your career in this space. You’re comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in collaborative environments.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience in delivering projects with both business and technical dimensions, with the ability to bridge gaps between the two.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including workshop facilitation and change management.
Solid understanding of records and information management, including governance, processes, and systems.
Familiarity with AI-driven processes and automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., M365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Purview).
Experience in design thinking or human-centred design.
Previous experience as a product owner and consulting (desirable).
Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent industry experience or relevant work experience.
Project Management certification desirable (e.g.PRINCE2, Agile)
Demonstrated experience in solution design, business process improvement, including analysis, testing, and implementation.
Knowledge of information and records management, with exposure to knowledge management practices.
