At Person Centred Software, we're on a mission to help care providers deliver outstanding care through technology.

Our software is used every day by care professionals across the globe, helping teams improve outcomes, streamline processes and spend more time focusing on what matters most - people.

As we continue to grow our presence in Australia, we're looking for an experienced Implementation & Account Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a clinical background who enjoys working closely with customers, building relationships and helping organisations successfully adopt new technology.

The Opportunity

This role combines software implementation, customer success and account management.

You'll be responsible for guiding new customers through onboarding and implementation, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. Once live, you'll continue to work closely with customers, helping them maximise value from our platform, strengthen adoption and achieve their goals.

This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with care providers, clinical teams and operational leaders, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their journey with Person Centred Software.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for new customers
  • Understand customer workflows, processes and business requirements
  • Configure software settings, user permissions and integrations
  • Coordinate data migration, testing and go-live activities
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for end users and administrators
  • Support customers through onboarding and adoption
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve implementation challenges
  • Manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and success meetings
  • Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage and introduce additional solutions
  • Support renewals and retention activities
  • Gather customer feedback and champion product improvements internally
  • Ensure customers continue to achieve measurable value from our platform

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with hands-on healthcare experience.

You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects, engaging senior stakeholders and helping customers navigate change.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within aged care, healthcare, clinical systems, software implementation, customer success or account management
  • Qualified Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience delivering training and supporting users through change
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing projects, timelines and customer expectations
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel across Australia for customer visits, implementations and training

Desirable

  • Experience implementing healthcare or aged care software solutions
  • Understanding of aged care operations, compliance and clinical workflows
  • Experience in SaaS, health technology or customer success environments

Why Join Person Centred Software?

This is an exciting time to join our business as we continue to expand internationally and invest in innovative technology that genuinely improves lives.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with leading technology used across the care sector
  • Make a meaningful impact on care providers and the people they support
  • Join a growing global business with ambitious plans
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a home-based role
  • Work alongside passionate and supportive colleagues
  • Develop your career within a fast-growing technology organisation

If you're passionate about helping care providers embrace technology and want to play a key role in customer success across Australia, we'd love to hear from you.
